Buying in bulk such as a half beef or quarter is the most affordable way to purchase high quality meat?
When you buy in bulk, you are charged based on the hanging weight of the animal, you pay one price per pound whether made into ground beef, roasts or high quality steaks.
AND when you order by the half or quarter you get to customize how your meat is cut by the butcher! The thickness of the steaks and number per package, Size of the roasts, etc.
If you've never had beef processed by a butcher I would be happy to answer any questions you may have about the buying process.
