I have no more funds to work with... $22k+ was put into this online store and tournanments. Last 2 tournaments, not enough showed to host the event. On 6 sales in the last year and 6 months.

The type of tournament is simple; The Game is Cutthroat - The ball group sets for each player are Randomly generated. $20 Entry Fee - Guarantee's 3 Games of Cutthroat WIN OR LOSS [this is to qualify players for the 'Playoff Games/Rounds' since no handy caps from other leagues are not in play here].

This kinda of a demo event to see if this format will work out, so the prize pot will only be based of the number of Entry Fees. If there is a full 12 players for this event, $15 of every $20 Entry Fee will go to the Prize Pot. Normally more money will be put in via CUE4ORIA to the Final game can split the pot between 1st-3rd, IN THIS TORNAMENT [TODAY, 03/19/23] WILL ONLY HAVE A 1ST PLACE WINNER. This is because this is the first attempt at this format.

The Wiskey Tavern is Located @ 3481 US-50, Carson City, NV 89701; Doors Plan to open at 12pm sign up will start at 1:30pm and of course practice into 130pm.

ALSO CUE4ORIA, will have a booth set up for Billiards Products & Supplies!!! Keep in mind do to weather some of our inventory hasnt came in yet, so LIMITED SUPPLIES are availbe in person the rest could still be ordered off the website [Via your phone].

Due to some some werid turn of events. The last 'Big' order got delivered and for some reason the Custumer is claiming a "Chargeback". Shopify [Governing body/platform for start up online business'], Offers "Chargebacks" as an option in cause you feel like something went wrong with your order.

Long story short, Custumer gets their order on the 03/01/23... Then places a "Chargeback" claim on the that order on 03/03/23... Shopify took ALL the money back [on 03/05/23], told us to create a claim/case and it will be summitted to both banks [to be dispute over].

With this put, when theis "Chess" game is over we should win and might see the money again as soon as mid April/May.

THIS DOES NOT MEAN WE ARE CANCLING THE TOURNAMENT COMING UP ON MARCH 19TH, 2023 @ THE WISKEY TAVERN IN CARSON CITY!!!! 🎱💯 ... Saddly CUE4ORIA cant not add the $300 [Profit from the "Big" order, that was gonna put to the prize pot for the 19th]...

$15 of the $20 entry fee will go to the prize pot [Normally would be $10 of the $20] of i can hqve a "max out" of 12 people for the 19th the Prize pot would be for $180... This is the best we can come up with at the moment, we dont NOT let "hurdles" stop our game plan for Northern Nevada Billiards!!!
