It can be difficult to eat a balanced diet that includes fruits and vegetables when you’re on a tight budget.
With food prices rising, your grocery bill may be giving you sticker shock. But you shouldn’t toss your healthy eating goals because your food budget’s getting squeezed.

Here are some tips thats helping me along the way:
Plan your meals for the week and make a grocery list.

Only buy what you’re sure you will use, and check out what you already have in your cupboards first.

Stick to your grocery list when you’re shopping.

Shop the perimeter of the store first, since this is where the whole foods are generally located.

Cook large meals from inexpensive ingredients, and use your leftovers during the following days.

If you’re hungry, have a snack before you go grocery shopping. Shopping while hungry can lead to impulsive buying.

Just a few tips on how to WIN when shopping on a budget.

Often, it’s not about becoming a new person, but becoming the person you were meant to be, and already are, but don’t know how to be.

from January to December of my weight journey this year, 2022. I had a great year of traveling, loving, and EATING 😂 I have NO complaints on how my year went because I literally did everything I wanted. However, my fitness goals did take a backseat. I want to share that it’s nothing wrong with falling off, as long as you get back up! 🏋🏾‍♀️ Set reachable goals, reset other goals , and apply pressure 💎

I’ve been a student of health and fitness for many years. I struggled for many years to create a lifestyle that was truly conducive to weight loss. I had to learn how to change my mindset, how to track my progress, and how to become an advocate for myself in order to lose weight. I had to learn how to nourish my body by developing a relationship with food, instead of depending on food to be my companion. I had to learn how to ease into exercise, make it enjoyable, and not cause harm to my body. I had to learn how to be a student of health and fitness, and become a student of myself.


My goal is to help women expand their views and learn the true potential of their own bodies.

Anyone else struggling with keeping it all together? Looking to build your glutes? Hip thrust is a perfect choice!

Strengthens the muscles in the hip, buttocks, and quadriceps. It helps stabilize the pelvis, lower back, and knees, making it ideal for targeting low bone density in the hips and femur bones, aligning the knee joints.

Improves strong glutes and better balance!

* For Strength: Do three to five sets of five to eight reps with a heavy load.
* For Muscle Mass: Performing three to five sets of eight to 12 reps, with a moderate to heavy weight.
* For Endurance: Push through two to three sets of 15-20 reps with a moderate load.

Can y’all believe they have my website on a 72hr hold 😮‍💨😳…. Anyway, let’s talk about the Seated Iso-Lateral Row Machine.

This machine is awesome for higher rep work AFTER you've done your lower rep, heavier work.

Primarily targeting the latissimus dorsi, this machine works as your back muscle builder. As the exercise performed is a compound workout, it impacts several other upper body muscles too.

People often have some confusion with where to grip, so here’s some hand placement advice using an OPEN grip will activate more of the Biceps, Teres Major and Latissimus Dorsi. CLOSE grip if your aim is to increase stabilization shoulder joints.

Benefits of the Bulgarian split squat. 🏋🏾‍♀️

It strengthens the muscles of the legs, including the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves.
Thighs grow large, quickly.

The core of the abdomen and surrounding muscles are engaged and they work all the time when doing squats. By stretching these muscles, you can burn more fat

One of the reasons I enjoy this single-leg exercise is your core is forced to work in overdrive to maintain your balance.

I cannot stress enough how much I understand that the thought of starting a weight loss journey can be complex and deep-rooted… I get it!

It's easy to get demotivated, start skipping workouts and give up altogether.

When I began my fitness journey I weighed 189 pounds, it was the highest my weight had ever been; and I was unhappy. I was unhappy with my size, the discomfort, and I was unhappy with the constant lack of energy. So, I took charge and decided it was time for a change. I started out going to the gym completely confused and overwhelmed; and on top of that, my eating habits stayed exactly the same. It just came to a time when I had to stop disregarding the two key components of weight loss.

My job NOW, as a is helping woman breakthrough their weight loss nuisances and maintaining fulfilling lifestyles became my passion. It happened for me and lets find what works for you!!! 🏋🏾‍♀️

Good morning! We can always count on Mondays 😉 lol Awareness is incredibly important for success when creating new habits. Unfortunately a lot of people don’t keep track of what they’re eating or even keep a log with exercises they performed.


People underestimate the power of creating small habits which turn into lifestyle habits. Let me share 5 simple tips with you that you can start working on today to become successful with your fitness goals.


1) Keep track of calories and food intake per day 📝
2) Drink at least 32oz of water a day. 💦
3) Daily Exercise- At least 30mins a day of physical movement. 🏋🏾‍♀️🤾🏾🏊🏼‍♀️
4) Make sure you eat a lot of protein, healthy fats, carbs, fiber, fruits, and veggies. 🍴🥗🍓
5) Do not compare yourself with others 🤳🏾

Happy Monday … do you believe in the power of meal prepping? 🥗 🥒🫐

I relate all too well with the one again, off again relationship with health and wellness. Not understanding the whole science behind what to eat, how to eat and when I should be eating. It was all too much!


Meal prepping was one of the most effective ways for me to stay on track of my fitness. On top of having a busy schedule and mommy duties it can all be challenging. Let’s talk about the benefits of meal prepping and why you should START doing it today.


1) PORTION CONTROL. I was able to learn I had the power to control my eating . Planning my own meals allow me to see how much I was actually eating. 🥦

2) SAVE TIME . The fitness journey can be challenging enough. Not only do you have to worry about nutrition, but exercises too! 😣 Prepping always saves me hours during the week, so I can focus on living my best life! 🕰

3)KEEPS YOU EATING HEALTHY. When you're hungry and your blood sugar drops, you're more inclined to eat whatever you can get the fastest. Having a collection of well-balanced meals on hand will help you regulate what you eat and help you stay on track with your personal diet goals.

Hard work, Discipline, and Patience- Always pays off! 💦🥗

The truth is… I’ve gained some weight! Since fitness is my lifestyle, I ain’t tripping! 😂 I know what it takes, but just like YOU; I get tired too! LOL I have days that I would rather enjoy just eating, sleeping and eating!😂😂


Seriously though, I hope I can be living proof for you all that this is a PROCESS! This journey is going to have its ups & downs. Learning to enjoy the process is honestly how I stay in shape. Seeing my body change and I actually have control over sculpting it has been an amazing experience.

Back…..

Good morning!
It took for something like Covid to come in and humble me. I had to FIX myself -completely! Reaching your body goals is one thing, but to connect the mind🤯That was a different whole story🥴


I had to be honest with myself. I am no good to my family, friends or clients if I don’t have an idea of who and what I really am. I was looking outside of myself for years, when it hit me… that everything I was looking for was within ME. 🧘🏾‍♀️

One of the best and most effective ways to get that lower belly fat is doing exercises that require leg lifts. Gotta hit that Re**us abdominis muscle. The only way to see change.

Good afternoon Everyone! My name is Daneita, let me introduce myself by giving you my story.


For many years I had an arduous struggle with loosing weight. And times where I would loose weight, I struggled with keeping it off. Like many women, I’m a mother with a busy schedule and it became super difficult at times. Keeping up with diet and workout rituals on a consistent daily basis and withstanding responsibilities really didn’t seem to be in the cards for me.

I was unhappy with my size, I was unhappy with the discomfort, and I was unhappy with the constant lack of energy. It was time for a change. I started out going to the gym completely confused and overwhelmed; and on top of that, my eating habits stayed exactly the same. It just came to a time where I had to stop disregarding the two key components in weight loss. Proper nutrition and proper exercise was the answer, I just didn’t have the knowledge on how to apply it as a lifestyle.
