Sides: Mashed potato, Green Salad

After a career in the business world, my amazing husband Max decided to go back to his roots and start Homegrown Cajun Catering. He was born & raised in the kitchens on the Northshore of New Orleans & has cooked cajun food (with a dash of creole) for over 35 years.
