Exciting day to have our repower finally in the water and up and running. For this old Bruno we upgraded the old bronze shaft tube to a new fiberglass tube. We also converted the dry stacked exhaust to a wet exhaust system which is incredibly quiet. Some updates and programming and we were underway for a very successful sea trial. Cummins QSM11 looking pretty after Tri-State Marine treatment. Leaking exhaust manifold repaired, coolers serviced, complete engine and transmission clean and repaint came out beautiful!

ZF Transmission replacement behind this 6CTA. The A-frame we built this year has been coming in handy!

     

Something different for us, fabricating 4 custom engine mount brackets for our repower project. It was cool to be able to build these in house. For boys that don't weld to often I think they came out pretty sweet!

Volvo D11 Turbo, aftercooler, and heat exchanger work. Turbochargers had exhaust leaks we're repairing and the temperature issues will be resolved with our in house cooler cleaning
