Every home has a unique story. I would love to take a moment to share the journey of this particular home with you. The owners were referred to me by a mutual friend. They tried to lease the home out on their own but it didn’t work. Faced with the challenge of lease out their home from a distance, they thought to bring in a local agent to help.

After a 45 minute consultation, the owners took in my recommendations. We successfully leased out the home just seven days after it hit the market. Having an agent assist you navigating the rental landscape saves you time and energy! We know what the potential tenants seek and we do it right. With a team helping me to prep the listing, we addressed various aspects, from disposing unwanted furniture to repainting interior walls and fixing plumbing issues. The result? Every family has its own tradition. When I was a kid, my job for the Lunar New year is decorating p***y willow. I love this job that my grandma assigns me because I get to tie little bows or decorating pieces to the willow.

Even though my grandma has long gone to be an angel in heaven I still decorate the willows in memories of my grandma.

Happy Thanksgiving! Before I jump to the kitchen and start to cook. I want to take a moment to share what I’m grateful for 🍁

I am grateful for my health, and financial stability of my family and friends!

2022 is a roller coaster year in Real Estate market. This year I’ve definitely navigated some tough ones. We started with interest rate under 3% and now we are under 7%. Thank you every single client for your trust in me and our team! I couldn’t wrap up this year (almost) without your continued support.

When we listed this 🏠 back in September, our team knew there’s a lot of uncertainty with the market. We got questions from clients asking if prices are dropping, if there are still multiple offers on properties, if the increased in mortgage interest rate makes the housing market drop, etc. On Oct 31, we closed this home with a happy family. My point in sharing this is that no matter what is going on in this volatile market, there are sellers need to sell and there are buyers need to buy. As agents, we come up strategies and make deals happen.

The buyer told me that their kids will build wonderful memories in this house just like previous owner did. (That made me tear up a little)
