Attention Willard House tenants - the most up to date news on the electric coming back on is 5pm today.... However when I talked to the repairman about an hour ago - they mentioned it will be 1 - 2 hours.... lets hope they are right

Dear Tenants regarding heat shutting off - we have a maintenance person on the way

Attention Willard House tenants - the hot water is working

Tenants at 4:30 today we were notified that hot water isn't working. We had a maintenance man go there - if seems that a circuit board fried and we have to wait for the plumber to come in to repair. If the supply house is open and has the part - it will be repaired by tomorrow!

Three things for this weekend:
1 When shopping remember our food drive. 2 Daylight Savings Time ends. 3 Holly Ball for Bedford Residents will be on December 1st.

REMINDER In order to remove snow from individual parking spaces ALL VEHICLES PARKED IN THE OPEN PARKING LOTS must be moved every 24 hours between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm

Christmas in Bedford Falls will be held from Saturday, December 10th at noon till 4:00 pm in Historic Downtown Bedford. All activities are FREE! Meet friends and enjoy the decorations.

Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 AM, Sunday, November 1, which means you will need to turn your clocks back an hour before you go to bed Saturday night October 31. The annual tradition signals the official start of shorter days and, on November 1, sunset will be around 5:08 PM CST. The days will get shorter from there.

'A SNOW REMOVAL' emergency exists on the property. Around noon today a front end loader will be on the property to remove snow. Because of the very large size and limited maneuverability of the equipment which is required, all resident and guest vehicles must be out of the way while work is in progress.
