Today marks the day with the shortest period of daylight and the longest night of the year.
Our ancient forebearers celebrated the long before the arrival of Christianity. The Druids (Celtic priests) would cut the that grew on the oak tree and give it as a blessing. Oaks were seen as sacred and the winter fruit of the mistletoe was a symbol of life in the dark winter months.

It was also the who began the tradition of the . The thought that the sun stood still for twelve days in the middle of winter and during this time a log was lit to conquer the darkness, banish evil spirits and bring luck for the coming year.

I am honored to join up to 40+ practitioners who will be showcasing a multitude of practices that can support individuals intrigued by new ways to nourish their own well-being.

The Expo will be hosted by Eclectic Ground, and held on Remo, an innovative virtual platform that allows the attendees to choose and rotate among the practitioners. “Sit” around a virtual round table with other attendees and the various practitioners you choose to visit.

I will be featuring a guided chakra clearing meditation using tuning forks and/or intuitive readings for selected attendees (or the small group as a whole, if requested).

Other offerings during the event include martial arts, tarot readings, Ayurveda, shamanic journeys, astrological readings, yoga, life coaching, angelic guides, vibrational sound healing, divine timing consults and more.
