Kamila and Joe flew down from New Jersey for their elopement, and it was just perfection. Also THEY BROUGHT ME BAGELS from Joe’s shop. 😭 I love them.

They will celebrate their wedding with friends and family one year from their elopement date at Powel Crosley, and I’m so hyped just knowing I’m going to see them again and continue the celebration of their love.

Do any other vendors immediately feel sad when a wedding is over because you loved the couple so much? That definitely happen for us with Anna and Tom.

I knew we were going to click when I found out they were huge Lightning fans, but when we ran into them at a small comedy show for one of our favorite comedians, the rest was history.

We truly feel like our bond with our couples goes deeper than just vendor/client relationships. It feels like we are watching our friends get married. And I could not be more grateful for that. I absolutely adore all the wonderful couples we get to work with.

And our support doesn’t stop after the wedding. We will always be in your corner celebrating your milestones. ♥️

I could not be happier for Kayla and Bryan! These two went through so much to get to their wedding day, and even though it wasn’t exactly like it was originally planned, it was perfect.

Their original venue was in Sanibel. My heart broke for them and many others who had to change their entire wedding plans last minute.

And then on their day, a random thunderstorm came through right as the ceremony started. Everything got pushed back over an hour, and we had less than 20 mins to do family formals, bridal party, and bride/groom portraits. But you would have never known because they handled everything with so much grace.

I am so thankful everything worked out for them! Here are just a few sneak peeks, but I can’t wait to get to their entire gallery! Congratulations again, newlyweds!

It’s no secret that in Florida, there’s a big possibility for rain on your wedding day but when Florida decides to bless you with a little sunny rain shower in the middle of golden hour, it’s just perfect. 😭😍

What was even more perfect though, was Heather and Jonathan’s wedding day, the love they share for each other and their kids, and the vendors who all worked together to make their day perfect.

I’m so blessed to work alongside vendors who all have a common goal: to make our couples completely and utterly happy.

While I’m grateful that my friends and family are safe, my heart is broken for our neighbors to the south.

As we are seeing the photos and footage come in from the devastation they endured, my heart is so heavy for all those affected.

My heart also breaks for my sweet couple who were supposed to get married in Sanibel in just a couple of weeks.

While I of course extend thoughts and prayers to all affected, I also plan to actively help where I can, starting with donating a portion of profits that were earned this month. If anyone has any other ideas of how we can be helpful, please feel free to reach out. ♥️

One of my absolute favorite things about photographing weddings is learning all about your culture and traditions.

During Mallory and Scott’s traditional Armenian ceremony, I had to hold back tears. Not just because I’ve known Mallory for years and felt so honored to be a part of her day, but I also got to see how her family’s heritage plays such a huge role in her life.

One thing I promise is that I will not only celebrate your union, but I will celebrate, capture, and appreciate every aspect of what makes you who you are as a couple, and that most definitely includes who and where you come from. ♥️

One of my recent brides mentioned she was nervous about rain on her wedding day because of how her portraits might turn out.

Just like I told her, while I totally understand your worry or concern, please know that some of my all time favorite portraits have been taken in the rain! One of my jobs as a photographer is to have a backup plan in the event it does rain whether that’s clear umbrellas or finding a different spot. Regardless, we got you covered! 😘
