I had so much fun creating this fire hydrant cake for Spartanburg Fire Department! Thank you guys for all that you do everyday, and thank you to all the firemen and women in this country keeping us safe.

The Fire Dept. is also hosting a firehouse tour and safety event from 2-5pm today, be sure to stop by and enjoy some food and fire trucks!

With the holidays fast approaching- I wanted to post a few updates!

FIrst- I DO plan to be available for Thanksgiving and Christmas special orders.

Second- I DO NOT plan to have a set menu for either holiday, instead, I would love to start offering monthly sample boxes filled with seasonal flavors and items!

It would look something like this:

$35 Box delivered within Boiling Springs/Spartanburg/Greenville area

2 Seasonal Tarts
6 Macarons (3 different flavors)
2 Specialty Croissants

$60 Box delivered

2 Seasonal Tarts
6 Macarons (3 different flavors)
2 Specialty Croissants
4 Small desserts (ex. Petite fours, Coconut Macaroons, Madeline’s)
2 Specialty Desserts (ex. Caramel Gateaux, Choux, Mousse Entremet)

No commitment, you can change or stop anytime. On the 15th of each month, there will be a one-day window to place your box order and pay for delivery the following week. Deliveries will be made prior to 10am on the 22nd. You must be home or be able to bring pastries inside at this time.

If there is enough interest- the sample box will start THIS MONTH! And I’m hoping it does, because I have so many spiced, caramel, pumpkin and apple pastries to share 🤗❤️

After a lovely wedding order this weekend- I’ve got three dozen extra macarons that I would love to gift to a local business! Anytime I find myself with extras, I love to share. It’s amazing how one act of kindness can change the trajectory of someone’s day.

With that being said- I would love to hear about a great experience you’ve had with a local business recently and why they could use a sweet surprise. It can be anything from a welcoming environment, kind employees, exceptional service or any other for of compliments.

Creed has long qt congenital heart syndrome. He has a pacemaker and defibrillator.

Good morning everyone! A heads up that I will only have breakfast items this weekend- I’ll be dividing my time between the morning market, Taste Of The Market event, and a very special birthday this weekend!

Come enjoy some breakfast croissants, scones and pre boxed Mac packs Saturday morning. Then swing by the evening event for a sample size of a wide variety of dishes prepared by local growers from the market and keep your eyes peeled Sunday for photos of a cake suited for a princess (my baby girl is 3!)

This weekend- I will have plain butter croissant packs available for all your mid week sandwich making. These guys also freeze wonderfully and can be reheated in the oven, microwave or my personal favorite, an air fryer! if you purchase some butter croissants this weekend, please share photos of what you create with them! I would LOVE to see ❤️
