{Senior Spotlight-Marcela}
Marcela has been playing the oboe for 8 years!
“My favorite oboe memory is learning how to make my own reeds and using that knowledge to help some younger players. My favorite piece that I’ve played would definitely be Danzón No. 2 by Arturo Márquez, both for the musicality overall within the piece and the opening dance duet between the oboe and clarinet!”

Laura has been playing the oboe for 8 years!
“My favorite part about playing the oboe is getting to experience the unique opportunities it brings. I’ve been able to play in some pretty notable places in Nashville, like the Schermerhorn, with many talented people. The friends I’ve made in the ensembles I have been a part of, make playing my instrument a thousand times more enjoyable. My favorite piece that I’ve played is Othello.”

Crescendo Music Lessons & Therapy offers recreational Summer Camps! Camps will be in the Nolensville and Green Hills area and will include art, music, and play activities.
Dates are:
•Nolensville area- May 30-June 3, 9-11 am or 9-11:30 am (depending on if you would like your child to stay for lunch).
•Nolensville area- June 20-22, 1-3 pm.
•Green Hills area-July 18-22, 9-11 am or 9-11:30 am (depending on if you would like your child to stay for lunch).
