For the very first Featured Sunday, I thought I'd show off something very special and near and dear to my heart. This is a custom diamond painting I did of my favorite picture from our wedding. The picture was captured right at that perfect moment! When I saw it, I thought, "that would make a lovely diamond painting." So I got it ordered and once it arrived, I was ecstatic. I absolutely loved working on it and how much effort and time I put into it. Every time I look at it, I remember that special day. The day I married my best friend, my one and only, my true love.

Finished two more coasters yesterday!! I'm loving this set so far! Pictures never do these justice, they're super sparkly.

One of my dear sweet friends, Jackie Stephens , asked me to make her a set of coasters with both dogs and cats. Well, I searched and I found one on Amazon! I just started working on them yesterday and got one completely finished! Only 9 more to go! I absolutely love making smaller diamond painting items, especially coasters, keychains, bookmarks, and stickers.

So awhile back, when I first got into acrylic painting more, I started an animal moms and babies series. These are the ones I've done so far, and I'd like to get back into doing more in the series. I'm looking at doing a mama and baby donkey. We shall see.
The horse one was a gift, the zebra one is still for sale (asking $40 for it), the giraffe one has been sold, and the deer one hangs on my wall in my AZ room.

So, a few days ago, I finished my very first set of diamond painting coasters! These ones are rainbow animals, each one showcasing a different animal. I'd like to get $35 for the set, which I don't think is a bad price at all. I would like to seal them before selling though, as I don't want them damaged when they're being used. I'm working on getting a sealer, and then they'll be listed on my Etsy shop.

Hello! So I made some more leftover drills projects! I absolutely love using my leftover drills (aka "diamonds") to make things. I had some smaller pieces of blank canvas leftover and I thought why not make some bookmarks. The red, white, and green Christmas design I came up with on my own, while I did use a pattern I found on Pinterest for the pumpkins. Finished this leftover drills project a few days ago! I made this as a Father's Day gift for my dad. Painted the wooden base, then outlined it with leftover drills. I enjoy combining acrylic painting & diamond painting!

Finished my first Pixyls project today!
It's a sticker and I love how it turned out. It took me quite a while, placing each square sticker one by one, but definitely relaxing. I have one more sticker to do and then I'll be ordering more!

Sorry I haven't been posting as much lately!
And definitely haven't posted my diamond painting WIP, only because it's been going realllyyy sloowllyy, and here's why. I've found a new craft! And it's definitely addicting! It's called Pixyls (yes, that's how it's spelled), and it's super fun! It's a bit similar to diamond painting, but not as messy. Instead of having rhinestones, you have little square shaped stickers (the 'pixels'), and you take tweezers and place each square according to the number key. I've gotten a bit further than the picture on this one, and will post the finished result. Just thought I'd share my new craft I've found! This one is a sticker!
