Our commercial client had another leaky window & wall that would leak into their sponge pit. We removed the large steel window, repaired the wood framing and reinstalled the window, repaired the stucco wall, and repaired all open protrusions in the wall. And finished off by color matching the paint on the wall

Our client in Mar Vista need a new roof ASAP because their walls we’re getting wet. We were able to do this one in a matter of a few days. With two layers of materials for added protection.

Our commercial client had their store front door busted out by someone. Once they called us we jumped into action and board up the door and got new glass installed and they we able to go back to business as usual.

At Faynsod construction no job is to small, our client needed a charging station for their new EV . But their service panel was to small, so we upgraded the service panel with a 200 amp and installed a 240 v outlet for their car.

Our client had a leaky window at their gym, they ended up needing to remove the large window and repairing the damaged wood and reinstalling the window and repaired the stucco and painted to match everything.

Our commercial client had someone drive through their classroom wall , once we received the call we jumped into action and got it repaired asap, so that they could get there classroom back.

Commercial client asked us to repair concrete driveways, and build a barn like structure above pink storage containers, the skate park area turned out awesome. for their charity for breast cancer awareness.

Our commercial client needed us to remove a 6x8x20’ beam that was starting to split in half and install a new 6x10x20’ beam. This project came out awesome.

Customer asked us to build stairs case for his wet room from the garage.

Our clients in PDR , have us building two new ADU”s . This will be a fun project. Which includes a new 400 amp service with two new meters . Here are pictures of the demo and digging for the project. More to come.

Our client wanted us to refresh their office area. New epoxy on concrete floors, chalkboard paint on walls, and a new fresh coat of paint on walls and ceiling joist. This turned out really nice.

Our customer had us install new aircraft cable and steel railing on the exterior balconies. This turned out great .

Currently seeking High Quality workers to Remodel or Jack of All Trades employees with at least 5-10 years of experience in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate works quickly and efficiently with a positive "go getter" attitude that can take directions well and complete the work assigned within the time given. Our business primarily comes from excellent word of mouth referrals which means when we step foot on the jobsite, we do right by our Customers putting our Customers needs first above all else, every time.
