I am so excited to host my first free workshop this Saturday, if you haven’t already signed up on the event page!
Are you tired? Having trouble sleeping? Feeling burnt out at work? Feeling unmotivated or unproductive? Looking for more than just eliminating stressors from your life? Because let’s face it, will we ever completely eliminate all stress from our lives? So what is left to do then? In this workshop I will be talking about the perceptions around stress and how to manage those perceptions to set you free from stress and begin to manage stress in a new and lasting way. Come join for information, community, and tea!
This one hour workshop will cover the anatomy of stress, explore where you are in your stress journey, and practice stress reduction tools to start using right away!
