So you need your dog groomed. And you have graciously chosen us to be your spaw of choice! Here’s how my scheduling works…

I always have a running list of grooms to get in. Regular clients are at the top of the list and then it is a first come first serve basis for open appointments. I schedule in 2 time periods: 1-15 of the month and 16-30/31. A week before that time period I make calls to schedule.

So for instance… starting on the 25th I’ll contact my regular clients that are due for grooms the 1-15 of next month and schedule them. After they are booked I’ll start at the top of my wait list and get in touch to schedule those grooms. Once the appointments for that time period are full the scheduling stops. Until about the 8th, then the process repeats.

I realize this is not a normal practice but with how life goes (for YOU and ME) this is what allows for the most efficiency and flexibility.

Going forward…I have a list of over 30 dogs to get worked through so if you are on my list, I’ll be working you in soon. If you’re not sure if you’re on the list get in touch and we will find out!
