Here's a glimpse at The Red Barn in Durham, the official venue of the Connecticut WHM Fundamentals Workshops.⁠ ⁠ This video will be the room we will be practicing in. It is an actual renovated Red Barn filled with an array of different rooms, nooks & crannies. (I promise there won't be scattered brooms or chairs when you arrive!)⁠ ⁠ Aside from the beautiful space, The Red Barn also features a Salt Cave, Yoga & Meditation, Psychotherapy, Reiki & Energy Healing, an Art Center, Massage Therapy, Hypnosis, a Crystal Shop, & much more.⁠ ⁠ Feel free to show up early and explore this energy vortex and enjoy the many modalities that it offers.⁠ ⁠ The owner's name is Jan, she's an absolute gem. How to use the WHM App Guided Breathing Bubble? It’s easy! On your dashboard, tap ‘Guided Breathing Bubble’. Then, tap ‘OK Start Now’. After that, tap ‘Yes, With Audio’. Perform the breathing for 30 breaths; fully in, letting go. After 30 breaths, tap the screen once, and hold the final exhale for as long as you can. Remember, no force. When you have to inhale, tap the screen once, take a deep breath in, and hold your breath for as long as Wim tells you to. (About 15 seconds.) After that, the app automatically guides you to breathe again. Repeat this round 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds. After you’re done, tap ‘FINISH’ in the upper right hand corner, and save your results!
