Essential Functions Statements

Essential Functions

Assist management in ensuring compliance with Propak Policies and Procedures. Responsible for specific work area set up and shift transitionEnsure pallets meet customer criteria and specifications. Maintain an accurate count of pallet inventory. Ensure daily work assignments are clearly defined for a team in order to meet production goals. Prepare reports and paperwork; corrects discrepancies. Works closely with location management to ensure safety compliance. Advise site management of operations or safety training requirements. Work Schedule:

Night Shift: 1:30 pm to 12:00 am Tuesday to Friday (40 hrs per week)

Trains and develops on-site management in the assigned facilities to ensure specific site goals are obtained.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school): Required

Experience: 5 plus years of experience in Operations Management

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office - proficiency required

Certifications & Licenses: Valid Driver's License

Other Requirements: Progressive experience in plant operations, P&L or Cost Center Experience - Customer Service- Safety and Labor management experience. Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
