Owner and tutor, Amanda (Ensminger) Sesterhenn has a Ph.D. in Biology. She has taught various biology classes for over 8 years, at universities and community colleges. She also has experience teaching basic math classes to adult basic education students, in the Iowa Department of Ed HiSET program, at Western Iowa Tech Community College.

Amanda currently volunteers at Girls Inc, tutoring kids from kindergarten to 8th grade in math. She also works as a professional tutor at Western Iowa Tech, with students in the TRIO program.

Amanda says this about tutoring, "I strive to meet learners where they are, and help them get where they want to be. I love working with learners of all ages, from kindergarteners to seniors! Learning is something special we all do throughout our lives."
