ogi, lightworker, teacher, author, and motivational speaker, my hope is to empower people to learn how to tap into their potential for health and well-being. For years, I have learned and practiced many effective methods to consciously heal the body and recover from past mental, and emotional trauma, and helped to re-narrate life stories once filled with memories of despair, disappointment, and defeat. As a channel of pure consciousness, people who have battled with low energy, illness, pain, addiction, trauma, worry, and anxiety, have found relief without drugs, surgery, hypnosis, or long-drawn-out expensive therapies that only seem to soften the blow of their deeply rooted pain, but not rid it of the person entirely. Since the beginning of 2021, my goal has been to teach and empower those who hunger for inner transformation and to assist them in their awakening of Self Realization. Connecting to the heart's higher intelligence, and to Source, harmonizes one's inner quest for personal growth and wholeness. Because their is such a great need for healing in my own community, I made the decision to close my clinic in early 2022 to take a year-long sabbatical. I will resume again in 2023 with a redesigned approach to inner well-being that will include many forms of healing Yoga and its spiritual exercises.
