Bellydance Performance 21/03/2021

I finally posted on Youtube my Bellydance Performance for the Leavenworth Film Festival back in 2018!
This is my favorite performance ever, the highlight of my dance career, thanks to the wonderful crowd and this fabulous music.
Next weekend I will release a Bellydance workout to achieve an hourglass body shape, working on waste, obliques, and core, through beautiful Bellydance moves. So keep your eyes peeled!

Did you get you cardio in this week?
Cardio is so important for heart health, it gets the blood circulate, helps to burn fat, and pushes toxins out of the body. And like any other form of exercise it’s so important for mental health!
It’s a very important part of a balanced workout routine.
The gyms are now reopen yay! I went on the elliptical machine for the first time is 1 year! It was time.
A little tip : working out with a mask on is very dehydrating so make sure you drink lots and lots of water.
Support your local gym, personal trainer, yoga instructor or dance studio and go out there!
