We're harnessing the energy of the New Moon in Aquarius & I'm personally embracing it since it's "my sign"!

This new moon is about stepping into your own power & being true to your unique self. As someone who is logical & can't get out of my own head sometimes, I'm going to embrace in letting go & releasing any attachments that are no longer serving me. It's also a time to focus on yourself & connecting with your tribe.

Apparently the Universe wanted me to take some down time & relax, which I certainly have & continue to do so with the January energy & this full moon in Cancer letting me know that there's still a need to connect, rest and rejuvenate.

Full Moon's tend to bring up a lot of emotions as it's a time to release, but this one in Cancer may just bring on more emotions ... let them flow. This is the time for self-care to help you navigate through the emotions coming up & allow you to be open for the opportunities that are coming your way.

Winter Solstice .... "is a sacred time of rest and reflection before the awakening and the slow build toward brighter days. The energy of winter is that of going within."

I'm looking forward to taking this time to go deeper within, the Universe has been telling me big changes & transformations are coming! I'm getting ready for it & this is the perfect time to be open to it!

The energy has been intense around here these last few weeks & now we're welcoming the energy of the Full Moon in Gemini tomorrow. It couldn't come at a better time to slow down & take that time to really embrace the changes that are coming!

As with every full moon, it's a time to release the energy of the old patterns and what no longer serves.

It's the first day of Fall and it's one of my favorite seasons!! Not only are the leaves changing color a spectacular scene around here in NH, it's also the perfect time go within yourself, take the time you need to rest & reflect on the past months.

With this Full Moon, it's a time to really dig deep within and connect with yourself to figure out what you need to release so you can allow new energies in.

Happy National Moon Day!
Today marks the 52nd Anniversary of when Neil Armstrong first walked on our glorious Moon and she shines bright for us every night!

This really resonated with me this week as I personally had to say good-bye to my 'surrogate' grandmother. The laughs, memories and wise words she gave me over the years will always be treasured. She will be deeply missed by many, but I know she's watching over me in a "different" way now.
