The pandemic created a lot of uncertainty and changes in almost all aspects of the world, but especially for the recruiting industry. As we've navigated the nicknamed "great resignation of 2021", recruiting has faced many challenges. As we begin to move towards a new normal, it's important to recognize that the industry has shifted and we need to shift with it. Hybrid back-to-work conditions may become the norm, and businesses have to become comfortable with these consistent changes and uncertainty.
