🌶️ Talya’s Dirty Italian 🌶️was created by a customer when Talya was 19 years old. Todd would come to Frigo’s daily to grab a Classic Italian but “make it dirty” by subbing all of the classic imported meats for the hot ones and adding hot peppers. Talya changed a few items of her own which is now a staple part of the Frigo’s and The Dirty Italian menu.

You can add hots to any sandwich by selecting the “make it dirty” option online. 🌶️

Our favorite pecorino is back! This pecorino loaded with black peppercorns is perfect for your cacio e Pepe dish or simply as a table cheese for snacking. Chunks can be found in our cheese case 🧀
