DIVING INTO THE CHAKRAS 1.
Online class. I’ve decided to offer this successful class again but online this time. This class is for anyone new to chakras and for anyone that would like to learn more.
This is a class where we will dive into the chakras and get to understand the importance of each one and their role individually and collectively within the chakra system. We will look into where the chakras are and when chakras were first used in history and the relevance of them today as a tool to keep our Mind, Body and Spirit in alignment. We will look at the importance of being Grounded and how to keep ourselves grounded on a regular basis. We will look at the importance of journaling and how to safely communicate our emotions within ourselves and to others. We will do Meditations and fun activities to learn about each chakra and the role we play in keeping them balanced and flowing freely to allow us to live our best life. This course is 9 classes. Each class will be given out weekly via email and I will be available to answer questions and discuss your feelings privately via messenger.
