With a background in psychology and being a new mom myself, I understand how much your outward appearance affects how you mentally feel and the energy you exude. Before and throughout my pregnancy, it has always been my mission to make sure every person that sits in my chair leaves me feeling better than they did before they sat down. Sometimes we laugh.
