A new software update for Formuler Z8 Pro, Z8, CC, Z Alpha, Z+ Neo is now available.

Most notable new features include integrated launcher channels for MYTVOnline2 - You can instantly access recently watched and favorited contents from the home screen, Google Assistant integration for MYTVOnline2 Live TV channel search*, and add support for Hauppauge tuners to watch Local digital TV channels for FREE.

The full list of features and other enhancements included in this update can be found below. We recommend that users install this update to enjoy better features and more stable functionality. You can always download the free OTA software updates directly from your device using the built-in update app.

*This feature requires Bluetooth Voice Remote(GTV-BT1).

Mytvonline 2 EPG adjusting

Menu button - connections - choose the portal you want to adjust EPG -
EDIT - EPG MODE - change to UTC -
UPDATE (mac portals can try EPG mode -Normal)
Test the EPG.
If it's off a few hours calculate how many and go back to portal and adjust the EPG OFFSET
- 1 hour etc. or +1 hour etc.
UPDATE
Test again.

If you don't own an airmouse and you need one to better navigate apps like netflix,
and you own an android phone,
you can use the airmouse feature that is built into the Air Sync Remote Z app.(from google playstore)
Select the Remote Control mode and shake the phone to enter airmouse mode
Move the phone in your hand like a wand and this will allow you to click and drag on-screen items

There are 3 ways you can choose to channel surf.

On the bottom of each screen, it will show what the colorful hotkey buttons can do for those screens. Each screen it may be different.
For example- In classic mode screen the blue hotkey button will make a channel a favorite and put a star next to it.

-1RST WAY TO CHANNEL SURF IS CLASSIC MODE:-
Press ok button on the full screen of a live stream
This will bring up the classic mode screen.
You can press left on the dpad now to show groups
Then navigate to whichever group you want.
Select the group with ok button.
Now it will show that groups list of channels on the guide.
Pick a channel and it will load to small screen.
Press ok button again OR back button and it will load to full screen.

You can also access all the single EPG for a particular channel from classic mode screen by just pressing right on D-pad. If the service has catch-up you can access it here as well, or set recordings and reminders from here.

-2ND WAY TO CHANNEL SURF IS EPG MODE:-
Press blue EPG button
Standard cable TV guide will load the group and the channel you are currently on.
(So if you are watching a USA group channel this guide will load USA group in it)
If you want to change the group from this screen press “Group” button on remote.
You can set recordings and reminders from here as well, just follow the hotkey choice on the screen below.
You can also access TV-Catchup by scrolling back in time on the channel guide on the channels that support it.

-THE 3RD WAY OF CHANNEL SURFING:-
On full screen of live TV, press UP or DOWN
This way you can channel surf with a larger screen.
Again if you press left you will get groups.
Press Back button or right on D-pad to close the groups being shown.

-TO PLAY LAST CHANNEL YOU WERE ON:-
On full screen on TV press back button once and it will return to the previous channel.

-TO SHOW CHANNEL HISTORY:-
Hold down back button on full screen of TV till channel history pops up.

-TO SHOW SINGLE CHANNEL INFO & MORE:-
full screen of TV press info button once then again for more info about that channel, including picture quality specs.
You can also access MANY OTHER OPTIONS from here, just select the icons showed below. PICTURE IN PICTURE can be accessed here too

-FOR TIME SHIFT
(if it’s enabled in settings & you have external storage attached)
Click right on D-pad
Here you can pause or rewind live tv as far back as you have been on that channel.

-MENU OPTION
To access the settings in MOL 2 click MENU button on remote on full screen of live tv

-TV TIP:-
AT ANY TIME IF YOU PRESS THE BACK BUTTON IT WILL JUST UNDO WHAT YOU DID AND RETURN TO THE PREVIOUS SCREEN.

-YOU CAN PRESS THE "HOME" BUTTON (blue button with a picture of the a house, in the middle of the remote) TO EXIT ANY APP YOU ARE IN TO GET BACK TO THE HOME PAGE OF THE BOX.

-STB button at top of the remote is the power button.
If you want options, like restart the box, then hold down the STB button for 3 seconds then it will give you power options.

To activate a cursor or mouse pointer.
Large remote-
Press the "cursor button" bottom right
Smaller remote-
Top right button with an arrow icon.
