Over the weekend I had the opportunity to test my skills on this paint! Some parts were more stubborn then others but I got he job done thanks to my DA Rupes random orbital polisher! Only took me 10 hours 🤣🤣🤣

Customer: what are your prices?
Me: $50 basic interior detail & $100 deluxe interior detail.
Customer: I’ll take the deluxe interior detail.

No pictures were sent over. It was never communicated on how dirty the interior was. And the deluxe interior detail does not come with a shampoo & condition of the carpet and seats

Arrives to customers place and the car look like this.

The car was infested with cat p*e. You could smell it as you open the doors. There was cat litter and hair everywhere. And underneath the trunk floor mat was a pile of molding cat s**t.

None of this was ever mentioned in our conversations prior to the detail.

Customer: I am now having to shampoo and condition the seats and carpet after I just paid you to clean my car. This is not up to my standard of a professional detail.
Me: we never discussed on a shampoo & condition of the carpet and seats but I would have gladly done that for you at a added price.
Customer: then why didn’t you get underneath the trunk floor mat like you said you would?
Me: because i was not prepared with the right equipment for a car that was littered with cat p*e and p**p.
Me: I did the best of my abilities for what we agreed on.
