Each year during the holidays, our employees nominate three charities to receive donations on behalf of our sales representatives in lieu of gifts. This year's recipients include the Orange County Rescue Mission, Seal Beach Animal Care Center and Shriner's Hospital for Children in Los Angeles. We'd like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our employees and reps for assisting us in spreading a little holiday cheer in our SoCal community once again.

A big congratulations to our Regional Director of Sales, Randy Allen, who officially retired December 1st. The contributions he made to Arcadia and Encore over the years cannot be overstated and we truly wouldn't be where we are without him. Most of all though, we're grateful for the many years of memories and the enduring friendships he built with so many employees, reps and partners. Cheers to one of the best guys around!

Last week we bid a fond farewell to two of Arcadia and Encore's longest standing employees, Maria and Raymond Talamontes. With an impressive 80+ years at Arcadia and Encore between them, they will certainly be missed and although we were sad to see them go, we're excited for their new adventures ahead!
