So, back in January you said you wanted to get healthy. This is YOUR year.

Ready to start working out.

Finally going to eat a bit healthier.

A lot of people tell me they have never tracked macros....or that they don't 'want' to.

But guess what? Tracking macros is just learning/understanding how much macro nutrients are in the foods you're eating.

When you know that, you can start to drop body fat %, lose weight, and more efficiently build lean muscle to get the slim, toned physique everyone desires.

Understanding wants in the food you eat, and eating things in moderation = HUGE results.

Simply Put- if you want to lose weight, you need to be in a caloric deficit, prioritize strength training, and add cardio into your weekly routine.

But it goes beyond this! Stop doing boring workouts, ENDLESS cardio, and GUESSING about the foods/calories you're putting into your body.

Be dialed and get organized. ANYONE can change/transform their body...But you have to be willing to put in the work.

Effort and intensity are relative to each individual. I'm here is as a coach to help you push the intensity in your workouts, because intensity drives results.

However, intensity with poor movement not only impedes results, it can actually cause injury.

While I'm here to help you move better and strive for perfection in your movement, it's also your responsibility to move as best you can with the endgame in mind: to live a strong, healthy life.

So be focused. Be ready to work. Be ready to CHANGE! But bring it with your best technique, attitude, and aspirations --- and strive for greatness.
