Let wrestling season begin!!!
So proud of my girls!!!
Allie got 1st 🥇and Jaylie went 2-2 in her first ever wrestling tournament. What a great day for them.
Both girls are wrestling in Tulsa this weekend. I had 4 soccer games this weekend so I had to stay back.
Jay got her first (and second) win!!! Both girls are currently 2-0 and hopefully wrestling for first place.
It makes me so sad when I find out that State Associations, Clubs, and Coaches blatantly cheat!
Allowing kids to play down in age groups is cheating and also hurts the players development. The fact that a state association allows this and even “okays” it is very saddening.
Great start to the ‘23 fall season. Kicked off with a tournament last week with my 2014s, and then league play started this weekend with 2 wins with my 2013s!
This season will be crazy with 4 teams total, but love what I GET to do!
It’s a new dawn, it’s a new day, it’s a new me!
I got a new drive and a new passion. New goals and new dreams. Same drive, same heart, same mindset!
With the help of a great friend and coach, and long time running buddy I have an amazing running plan. Ready for new adventures.
Hey internet, I need your opinion on outdoor gear brands.
I have always loved the outdoors and this last vacation has only fanned the flame. I used to camp out and climb in my army surplus fatigues and hand-me-downs as a kid, but looking to upgrade as an adult.
I am a brand snob and wanting to gear up. With so many brands out there, what are your favs?!

Great first day of hiking in Minn! Put in over 6 miles today in my
I can always find the trails, even in North Dakota!
My girls don’t stop!
First run in a couple weeks! Trying to create some new habits.
Who else “started on Monday” 🙋🏻♂️
Boomer!
This is why I love coaching!!!
One of my personal goals as a coach is to make kids fall in love with the sport, learn life lessons, and make great friends along the way!!!
Got back out to run for the first time in 2 weeks. I decided to end my run streak, and put focus to my entire health and fitness. I traded long runs for long walks. I started doing more functional training, and got out and played more. I fasted and prayed for a week. Wasn’t totally thrilled about my decision, but the next chapter begins.
And another one!!! Come see me May 20th too.
Come see me at tryouts!

The last few weeks have been a grind! I have tried to maintain 40 mile weeks, while racing in my first half marathon and taking on more duties at work. Just glad the weather is getting nicer to enjoy running outside.
We ready! Let’s Run It!
Who’s running the half this Saturday?!?!
40 miles this week!!!
What is your total goal this week?
Speed day!!!
1 mile warmup
3 miles: 2min fast/1min slow
1 mile cool down
Hydration is key!
After a long run or intense workout, you need more than just water.

These are some of my favorites.
What are your favs????

Had a great distance run tonight. Longest run I have done in a while.
Felt so good, my last 2 miles splits were my fastest.
So excited to be a 2023 ambassador.
Run streak year ✌🏼complete!
Cheers to year three
My Covid vitamin protocol!
Got through Covid in 3 days thanks to a great immune system and these vitamins. I managed to keep my run streak alive too.
Post workout lunch.
Air fried steak and root veggies.
Seriously one of the easiest and best steaks. Frozen steak right from the freezer to the air fryer. Salt, pepper, 8 min a side, 400°, and prepped veggies from .
One of my new favorite cardio workouts!!!
Incline walk - Low impact, low stress, continuous heart rate zone cardio. I see lots of variations of this… 10-3-30, 10-4-40, 12-3-30, 12-4-30… I just say what ever works for you. Anything with a steep incline and brisk walking pace, for at least 30 min.
For this workout I did a warmup 1 mile jog to get my heart rate up a bit, and then set the incline to 12 and varied my speed between 3.5 and 4 to finish out the 30 min. Trying to keep my HR between 130-138.
Try it out and let me know your thoughts!

Coaching, at the very least, is tough!
I have to say goodbye and love you to this amazing group of young ladies! It has been a pleasure to coach these young ladies. Many memories and great moments, but like all my teams, they hold a special place in my heart!
Though I don’t continue as coach, I hope my influence lives on. If I make a difference in only 1 player, that will be enough! I wish you girls all the best.
