Two days ago 19 real men , who wrote for “The Crowded Table 2, The Fatherhood Adventure”
showed up at the book launch..
they shared their stories and their hearts for the adventure of fathering.

Amongst the laughter there was emotion and even tears.. not a dry eye in the audience either..
Being a dad today is not easy .

We have an epidemic of fatherlessness
And our culture is not valuing men or fatherhood enough..

Our culture is seeing the devastating effects in escalating homelessness, drugs, su***de, isolation..

We ( Megan Mcdaniel , Manola Secaira and myself ) are using our voices , not only in writing this book, but shouting out , counter culturally, from the mountaintops the importance of belonging, connection and fatherhood!!

Men should not be erased .. fatherhood should not be minimized..

Dads.. the children and the culture need you!!

This book celebrates every father, grandfather, stepfather, foster father, teacher, coach, mentor, leader..

Men.. our children need your protection, guidance and leadership.. they need your love !!!

Our fatherless society is one of the big reasons why there is so much depression, drug abuse, su***de, homelessness…
