Tips for Success that I hand out to clients

Hi there! I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself and my business again since it has been awhile.

My name is Emilee. I’m a wife and mother of three. I live in Nevada City; been here 15 years.

Here’s a little backstory about how I started treating people with head lice:

My family and I got head lice in 2019 (my husband and I brought it home from our travels in Europe, ooo la la!). We discovered we all had it on a school night and I panicked. We drove down the hill that evening and spent close to $500 to be treated at a clinic in Roseville. You can imagine how devastated I was to find that after all of that time and money spent, we were still dealing with lice. I took that opportunity to educate myself on all things head lice and learned how to treat my family and home and finally eradicate this nightmare. Turns out, I was actually pretty good at nit picking and enjoyed it! I launched Lice Warriors of Nevada County shortly after our ordeal and began treating families in our area.

I have seen it ALL and none of it scares me! It doesn't gross me out. I hold zero judgement toward anyone dealing with it and I love to serve people in this way! Head lice is something that a lot of people deal with and just need help getting rid of. My services aren't "cheap", but, I come to your home and I bring all of my own supplies! I am also cheaper than Sacramento clinics. Set an appointment with me, and I will completely eradicate your hair of head lice and leave you with all of the knowledge you need to keep these pests away!

Attention 🗣!

These are adult lice that were thriving until RID was applied. After 10 minutes they were dead. Over the counter pesticide (RID or NIX) almost always works to kill bugs. Follow the directions on the box exactly. Rarely do I see “super lice” and I’ve treated over 100 families in Nevada County! PM me for my personal experience with super lice. I do have some stories 😉!

LICE HAPPENS even on a ski trip to Tahoe! Last night Lice Warriors of Nevada County was at NORTHSTAR “nit picking”. We were able to get this family of skiers back on the slopes in no time!

Payment Options

Choosing the right lice comb matters. The ones on the left are plastic, come in a box with any lice shampoo, and are useless. The ones on the right are metal toothed and are extremely effective in removing lice and their nits. If you or your child has an infestation of head lice, get yourself a metal toothed comb and comb away! Look for tips in the comments on the most effective ways to use your lice comb to eradicate those itchy pests and their eggs!😎

Nymphs: baby lice.
Nymphs become adults after 3 molts, about 7 days! You bet I like to find these babies before they get bigger and start mating and laying eggs!
