Island-inspired photo cards and gifts for every occasion. I have loved photography since I was a child. Many photos were taken on our family farm in Waikapū.
After a lifetime of taking photos for fun, and with the encouragement of my ‘ohana (family), I decided to combine my passions for photography and nature — these photo cards and gifts are the result. Through my photographs and cards, I hope to share my love and appreciation for Maui. Each of my cards depicts a plant or flower, landscape, or other element of Hawaiian culture. Check out the spring craft fair at QKC today! Bummed I can’t be there, but you can find me anytime at Ben Franklin Crafts in the mall. Back at the MACC today (Saturday 12/9, from 4:30-9) for my last in-person event of the season. Tonight Henry Kapono celebrates 50 years of C&K. And I guess I’m showing my age because I’ve been listening to C&K classics since before they were classics — i.e., all 50 years! I’ll have a selection of Christmas cards, notecard sets (perfect for gifting), greeting cards, and coasters. The Made in Maui County Festival does not disappoint. This will be my 10th year!

It has been one month since the devastating Maui fires in Lāhainā and Upcountry. My heart still hurts. But every day I see or read about small acts of aloha and I am heartened. Let’s continue to take care of each other.
