On my favorite things about being in real estate is I’m not tied down to an office. Started the day working in the office, still doing work while taking food to my wife for a lunch date, then able to pick up my daughter from school, a scheduled livestream with my business partner, Eli, and some Rockstars in the industry (Christopher Crump Charles Stanback) to talk about business. Before jumping back on the phones to talk with sellers, buyers, whoever I need to for the day.
And last week I was able to drive Lexxi and a grandbaby back to Virginia, spend a week with them before flying home, while being able to work on the move!

Another one hitting the pipeline today!
All in the follow up! Second conversation with the seller. He was straight to the point, not a lot of rapport building. However quickly discovered the seller’s pain point, came to an agreeable price to provide a solution for that pain point!
