I have these spray tops and totally forgot about this tip.
They will be put in great use today šŸ˜‰

šŸ˜Sometimes, you just need a spray top for your oils... and if you love all the colorful things, this should spark some joy for you! āœØ Lemongrass - spray your wool dryer balls to freshen up your laundry! Cool Azule- I like to spray it all over any areas of discomfort. KidScents Owie - for applying the oil without having to touch the skinā€¦. Your kids will thank you after applying it with a spray top! Citronella - for those pesky bugsā€¦.. it makes applying this one soooo easy! Lavender & Dream Catcher - diluted with water + a tiny bit of witch hazel for spraying all the linens and things. kidPower- I spray their clothing, back packs, wrists before school or trying new things. Jasmine- I use it as my perfumeā€¦ and where I have a spray top on the bottle it feels more perfume-ish to me. I also have a spray top on my peppermint vitality to freshen my breath on the go. (not pictured because the photo didnā€™t look as pretty lol) Spray tops were from amazon, but you can find them all over. Whoā€™s running to get some now for their oils?? Thanks to rooted.oil.community for this great post") . . . . .

Alright letā€™s break down these promos to see what you get - notice the simplified tiers also!!!!! Easy to remember - 100pv, 200pv, 300pv šŸ«¶šŸ»

āœØ 100PV // VALOR, 5ml, LR Bonus
Literally every single person needs to experience Valor themselves. So snag that bottle for yourself and see why it is so cherished and valued by so many of us. And if you *think* you don't need Valor, buy it anyways. YOU DO.
It is AMAZING for sleep.
It balances the energy in the body, and is the very first oil used in the Raindrop Technique.
It is called the ā€œchiropractor in a bottleā€, and it MIRACULOUS on the spine. And keeping it straight.
COURAGE.
Calming.
Roll this on yourself during times of very high stress.
Great in tension blends, and so relaxing to sore muscles.
SO, so good for the MOOD and emotions.

āœØ 200PV // NORTHERN LIGHTS BLACK SPRUCE, 5ml
Northern Lights Black Spruce comes from Young Livingā€™s Northern Lights Farm in British Columbia, Canada. The Lakota Indians used black spruce to strengthen their ability to communicate with the Great Spirit. Traditionally, it was believed to possess the frequency of prosperity. Diffuse this rich, woodsy, and invigorating scent during meditation to create a fresh aromatic atmosphere or at night to have a great night sleep in what will smell like an enchanted forest. Mixing it with lavender, frankincense, or Peace + Calming is one of my faves. Add it to skin care products or apply it topically to help improve the appearance of dry skin or to help maintain the appearance of healthy-looking skin. Make a roller with it to help release emotional blocks and bring about a feeling of balance and grounding. NLBS can also be applied anywhere, including to the bottoms of feet, along the spine, back of neck, or used for massage. Tree oils are also SO GOOD for the lungs. Do you see a theme? šŸ’šŸ»ā€ā™€ļøšŸ’šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø Young Living is so good to us. ā¤ļø

āœØ 300PV // SUPER B
This supplement will make you feel
so good! Energy is higher, and feeling lighter and happier. This is one you DON'T WANT TO MISS.

Reasons why taking a B vitamin rocks:
* Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin that keeps your nerves and red blood cells healthy. It is responsible for the smooth functioning of several critical body processes. A deficiency in Vitamin B12 is usually reported with symptoms of fatigue. To read some more incredible information on Vitamin B12, I love the book "Cancer Killers" by Dr Charles Majors & Dr Ben Lerner.
And some more on B12 here: http://bembu.com/vitamin-b12-benefits
* Super B also contains Vitamin B2. B2 deficiency can hamper the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, as these elements would require Vitamin B2 for its complete metabolism. Some symptoms of B2 deficiency include dull or oily hair, premature wrinkles, and split nails. Riboflavin deficiency could result in the improper functioning of adrenal glands, which in turn would result in various conditions such as anemia, chronic fatigue syndrome and cataract development.
* It also contains B3! The top five health benefits of vitamin B3 are as follows: The primary health benefit of vitamin B3 is a significant decrease in heart disease. It helps lower the level of bad cholesterol. Studies have shown that a key health benefit of vitamin B3 is the elevation of good (HDL) cholesterol levels.
* The health benefits of Vitamin B7 or Biotin include improved metabolism, tissue maintenance, healthy skin, weight loss, relief from heart problems, alopecia, Parkinson's disease, Rett syndrome and vaginal candidiasis. It also aids in the synthesis of vital components and helps in maintaining blood sugar levels. I'm all about that healthy skin, hair, nails, and weight loss šŸ˜‰
* Folate, or vitamin B9 (also in Super B!) is one of many essential vitamins. You may also be familiar with folic acid as a form of folate; folic acid is the synthetic version used for food fortification and supplements. Folate is important because it plays a role in DNA synthesis and repair. The reason Super B went out of stock for awhile was to replace Folic Acid with Folate! This is big & amazing šŸ™‚ Especially you pregnant mamas, please insist on folate vs folic acid in your prenatal wellness regimen for the absolute best your babe can get.
* B6 is a big one. Here are some of the benefits that will make you want to pretty much bathe in it:
1. Vitamin B6 helps maintain healthy brain function.
2. The vitamin plays a key role in synthesizing antibodies that are needed to fight various diseases.
3.Vitamin B6 helps in maintaining normal nerve function. It plays a crucial role in the synthesis of neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin. It also assists normal nerve cell communication.
4. The vitamin helps in forming red blood cells.
5. It helps in breaking down and digesting proteins. So, the higher the protein intake, the greater is the requirement of vitamin B6.
* B5. It's the bomb. Here's why: An adequate supply of vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) is important as it helps the body to
-convert food into glucose, used to produce energy-break down fats, carbohydrates, and proteins for energy generation-synthesize cholesterol-form red blood cells, as well as s*x and stress-related hormones.
Also: Studies suggest that vitamin B5 supplements may speed wound healing, especially following surgery.
Several studies also suggest that vitamin B5 (pantethine) may help to reduce cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood of people with elevated blood fats. Aaaaand also: Some very preliminary evidence suggests that pantothenic acid supplements might help with symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. In conclusion, vitamin B5 is kind of a big deal.
Iā€™ve got to two more sneaky benefits of B vitamins you may not have heard of before...1) Are you prone to canker sores? I have heard this could be a deficiency of Vitamin B! 2) Do mosquitoes LOVE you? Use Super B! Mosquitoes donā€™t like vitamin B in our blood.
TIP: Take with food - I take one capsule with lunch. Or a big heart breakfast, if that's your thing:) If you are generally more fatigued then you might want to up your dose. Listen to your body - we are not all the same! ā€” with Angela Lahman and 4 others.

Early morning sunlight, also known as daybreak, sunrise, dawn, or the break of day, can have many health benefits:
Vitamin D: Helps your body produce vitamin D, which is important for bone and immune health

Mood: Can improve mood, reduce depression symptoms, and treat seasonal affective disorder (SAD)

Sleep: Can regulate sleep patterns and improve sleep quality

Stress: Can increase cortisol, the stress hormone, but this small spike can actually lower stress levels for the rest of the day

Skin: Can treat certain skin conditions like eczema

Cognitive function: Can boost cognitive performance and focus

Energy levels: Can boost energy levels

Metabolism: Can support healthy weight and metabolism

Some recommend getting 15ā€“30 minutes of morning sunlight, which can include 5ā€“10 minutes if it's already bright out, or up to 30 minutes or more if it's overcast. You can also try getting direct natural light immediately after waking up. If you have sensitive skin, you should minimize your exposure time and consult a skin specialist.

Natural light helps your body produce vitamin D, which is crucial for immune and bone health.
Alertness: Morning light boosts cognitive performance and focus.
Sleep Patterns: It regulates sleep patterns, aiding better sleep at night.
Mood Enhancement: Morning sunlight improves mood and reduces depression symptoms.

I love this DIY šŸ’—

This DIY recipe is an easy, cost-efficient way to scent your laundry while steering clear of harsh chemicals.

Plus, it makes a generous amount of laundry boosterā€”and you can customize it with your favorite essential oils.

Need a few suggestions to get you started?

Try a 1:1 blend of Lavender and Lemon essential oils, ThievesĀ® blend and Lemon oil, or a 1:1:1 blend of PurificationĀ® blend and Lemon and Eucalyptus Radiata oils. You could also try the Lushious Lemonā„¢ or Peace & CalmingĀ® essential oil blends.

: If you have a larger jar, double the recipe to save time before making and restocking.

Have you found a laundry scent combo that works for you? Share your go-to recipes with us!

Buzzing in just in time for World Bee Day is a paper Jacob Young recently published, the first to study bee species that visit lavender in western North America. In it, he demonstrates that agricultural landsā€”particularly those implementing pollinator-friendly farming practices like those used at our Mt. Nebo Farm and Distilleryā€”can support rich bee communities. šŸ

To learn more bee facts, check out Jacobā€™s paper at https://doi.org/10.3390/d16020119.
