Hi everyone! I’m gearing up to get Earth Works Salads and Savories back up and running. My plan is to start with deliveries and open for weekend suppers this fall. What was your favorite?

Tuesday May 19th. I'll be out at 11:30 delivering Greek Salad and Spring Rolls. Get your orders in - supplies are limited!

I have a few extra Greek salads today if anyone is hungry for a treat!

Greek salads tomorrow. I’m making up for the missed weeks of March for those who paid in advance. If anyone else wants a salad tomorrow, please order before 6pm tonight for delivery or pick up tomorrow. I’m using a combination af romaine and spinach, artichoke hearts, French sheep’s milk feta from The Cheese Fairy, kalamats, tomato, red onion slices and cucumber.

Hi Salad Peeps. For those of you who got cut off mid March, I’m ready to make up some meals for delivery on May 12. Who’s ready to catch up?

With the shut downs I will not be running business as usual. I will make it up next month. Thanks for understanding. Stay healthy everyone!

Next week I have conflicts with the “real job” and will not be able to deliver on Tuesday the 17th. Since there’s 5 Tuesdays in March, I’ll be back on track for deliveries on the 24th and 31st. Thanks for understanding!

2) deconstructed Waldorf salad. Romaine topped with turkey, apples, celery and Wensleydale-cranberry cheese

Getting Spicy!
1) Spicy Sambal Terasi with Mango, cucumber, bok choy, cilantro, lime wedge over romaine and rice noodles - shrimp by request!
2)Greek Salad, cucumber, tomato, feta, artichoke heart over romaine.
3) Grapefruit, coconut, cilantro, red onion, bell peppers, cashews over romaine and radicchio with a spicy kelp dressing

It’s a new month and more fresh veggies are showing up at the markets! Who’s in for another month of Earth Works?

For this Tuesday.

1) Vegan Risotto is back! Lemon-garlic seasoned risotto with Sweet potato, cranberries, celery and almonds.
2) Mandarin oranges in Quinoa-Black Rice
with celery, cranberries, Cilantro, red onion and almonds
3) Thai Grapefruit salad with Cucumber, coconut shreds, red onion, green onion, cilantro, jalepeno, cashews served over a bed of romaine lettuce with a rice wine - kelp- coconut amino dressing.

Let me know if you need eggs!

For Tuesday
1)Green Risotto - Sage Derby cheese, artichoke and asparagus with shallots
2) Greek Salad - Feta, tomas, artichoke hearts, kalamatas, cucumber and red onion over romaine with red wine vinaigrette
3) Quinoa - black rice with mandarins, bell peppers, almonds, celery, cilantro with ginger-coconut amino dressing

Also, my hens are laying again, let me know if you need fresh eggs. $4/dozen

For Tuesday deliveries...
1)Caesar Salad with prosciutto and tomato
2)Chicken Adobo roasted garlic over Romaine (coconut amino-ginger vinaigrette
3)Quinoa with mandarin and coconut amino-ginger dressing

Payments acceptable on Venmo or Zelle.

It's going to be Taco Tuesday at Earth Works!
1) Romaine topped with black beans, rice, tomatoes, crumbled cheese, red and yellow bell, jalapeño and chips with salsa
2)Caesar with procciutto, tomatoes and shaved parm.
3) Chili with Cuban style pork shoulder with black beans, corn, bells, jalapeño cooked with orange and cilantro. Topped with Queso Fresco.

Requests please. What will I deliver this week? There's been a lot of requests for more greens, less grain. I'm thinking Green risotto with spinach, Quinoa with fruit AND something with romaine. I'm happy to take a request to decide what kind of green salad to make this week. I'll be shopping tomorrow so hit me up with your preference!

Only two options this week. Spinach with roasted veggies and goat cheese with balsamic dressing or vegan risotto. I have taken a new job and will be hiring someone to make deliveries this month. Let me know your preference or I will choose for you. Both will be delicious!

Orders are already in place for most of the mushroom-brie soup. I will be back on regular schedule for next week with risottos and quinoa and greens for Tuesday delivery. Please let me know if you plan on signing up this month so I can plan the menu for Tuesday. If there's something you'd like, let me know. Just FYI Cheese Fairy is closed so my cheese options are limited for a couple weeks.
