I am looking for people who are motivated to change their life and get fit! Looking to lose 10+ lbs or gain 5 lbs of muscle? Easy! For 6 weeks, I will provide personal training 3 times a week and weekly personalized workout plans with focuses on improving flexibility, strength, conditioning and more! Last but not definitely not least, NUTRITION! I will guide you on how to properly eat to get on track to the best shape since high school! This is for all fitness levels.
We will train at a vary of locations. Indoors or outdoors, WHEREVER you prefer to get your fitness journey kickstarted OR to switch up what you have been doing. :)
Equipment: I have a barbell (45lbs) with weights up to 185lbs, kettlebells, jump-ropes, bands + more. Don't worry, sometimes you'll only be using your body!

EVERY POUND LOST, I WILL REFUND YOU 1 DOLLAR PER POUND
