I haven't posted in a while. To be honest I forget to take pictures when I get on a job because 90% of the time I show up keep my head down and get after it. But I'm still here and still doing whatever needs done, so just remember that new flat screen you got for Christmas or about to get at tax time, get it on the wall so it don't get knocked off your stand. You want new flooring ? I got you on that too. Screen door for spring get at your boy. Even if you don't have one now it can be done. Be safe and don't forget when it's this cold to let those faucets drip so you don't have frozen pipes.

Did a flooring job that turned ugly pretty quickly. If you have a wobbly toilet you also have a leaking toilet. Don't let it go or you could end up fixing more than just the toilet. Luckily this was just the floor and nothing structural was ruined. All over a broken bolt 😠

Got a quiet corner in the basement that aren't using and have a kid that lives in the basement on his video game like mine ? Why not put in an upflush system ? They are fairly inexpensive and not too hard to install.

Did my first vinyl plank flooring install the other day. It turned out really nice. (even though I created more work by doing it how the homeowner and I felt it would look the best and not how the instructions said lol) You could not imagine how simply changing a couple fixtures, paint and a little flooring can transform a room. Thanks for your patience and opportunity.

All these frozen pipes people been having reminded me of some work I recently performed. People ask "does that pex pipe freeze ? People say it won't freeze."
All pipes can freeze, pex pipe is less likely to bust like cpvc or copper will. But remember not all fittings are made the same. I cut out a bunch of pex fittings that were literally rotting away.( The brass was no good).
So that being said pex is great it works fast and is easy to work with. But every fitting in a "run" will restrict flow and the new no lead regulations the brass is not what it used to be. I use poly fittings as much as I can for this reason. And for those that really look at my posts, yes that is electrical tape on that copper and I found it that way 😔 but did not leave it that way 😁

New Year new fixtures ! Changing light fixtures can really brighten up your home. (I know I couldn't help myself)

So I had a family reach out to me because another company didn't get back to them after the guy came out to look at the problem. Wasn't that bad just a little meticulous which is what I live for. Basically what I'm saying is keep turning away work I don't mind at all 😁
