In her 20 plus years in the hospitality industry, she has worked in almost every role a hotel has to offer, traveled with hotels, opened, and tranistioned hotels. During her years in the industry, she has had the good fortune to meet so many amazing people that have taught her valuable lessons in life and business. Though this isn't her first GM role, Joey is excited about this new endeavor with Hyatt and what the next 20 years will bring.
