Let me introduce myself my name is Deborah Carleton I am Certified Fitness Trainer and a Certified Nutrition Coach, I also have a certification In Exercise Therapy. I am an endurance athlete, a two time Ironman with over 25 additional triathlons, multiple half marathons and so on. I am a Green belt in Kyokushin Karate.
I am passionate about helping the average person to live a healthier more active life. I don’t believe in diets just better choices. I do believe in finding ways for people to be more active doing something you enjoy.
