BEYOND WEIGHT LOSS: RAMYA'S JOURNEY TO OVERALL WELL BEING!

Ramya, a dedicated working professional and mother of 2 kids, found herself struggling to balance her personal, professional and family life after moving abroad. With the pressures of fulfilling multiple roles, her health started to take a backseat.

Ramya began gaining weight, experiencing digestive issues and suffering from anemia. Her low energy levels made it difficult for her to even go for short walks. The frustration from her health issues and increased stress only worsened her condition.

Ramya tried various methods to lose weight. While she did manage to shed some pounds, her uncontrollable cravings always led to weight regain. The situation got so dire that she even considered undergoing uterus removal surgery to address her irregular cycles and aid in weight loss. Realizing that she needed a more sustainable and holistic approach, Ramya reached out to a WQ coach.

Ramya enrolled in a WQ program and in just 4 months, her weight dropped from 83.5 kg to 70 kg, marking a significant 13 kg weight loss. Her digestive health improved significantly, she was no longer anemic and she stopped suffering from shortness of breath. Most importantly, her monthly cycles became regular, alleviating one of her major health concerns.

One of the most exciting milestones in Ramya's journey was her ability to embark on a 15-day road trip with her family. This was something she hadn't been able to do for a long time due to her health issues. Remarkably, despite the vacation, she didn't gain any extra weight, a testament to the power of following wellness principles.

A 360-DEGREE TRANSFORMATION!

Laziness, frequent headaches, poor sleep quality, fatigue and digestive issues - that is how Ravina used to describe her life!

Unhealthy eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle were the obvious culprits.

She wanted to take charge of her health but was looking for someone who could truly understand her lifestyle and customize a plan for her.

Losing weight was not the only focus. Ravina knew that she needed to correct her health by making healthy lifestyle choices.

This past weekend, we had a special visitor from PA. We had a blast showing her around New York! Throughout this time, we were able to explore new delicious food items that were still very healthy. The kids really enjoyed the cauliflower tacos, vegan mousse, and vegan ice cream. All the while enjoying the street food and pasta in New York as well.

A PRAYER ANSWERED: RAJALAKSHMI'S REMARKABLE RECOVERY!

Nishok recollects waking up in the middle of the night to check if Rajalakshmi was breathing!

Rajalakshmi's health has taken a deep dive over the past 5 years. She was constantly tired, unable to sleep properly and acid refluxes had become a daily torture. But, the worst nightmare was when her blood pressure kept rising beyond 240 points, till it reached a point where the BP machine started showing "ERR" as the only response.

She visited multiple specialists, did multiple tests, tried multiple treatments, but her health only seemed to deteriorate. Her health reached a point where she started feeling hopeless. She started to prepare her two young sons to become independent with their studies, cooking and other household chores, in case of any untoward incident.

Her husband, Nishok, and her two sons stepped in to help her with the household chores. They made everything possible to make things easier for her at home. As a family, their only prayer seemed to be around Rajalakshmi's health and her recovery.

It seems like a miracle to them now, when Nishok and Rajalakshmi had their first discussion with Nishok's friend from college, who is a wellness coach with WQ. When they learnt about holistic health and the importance of treating their root cause, they saw a flicker of hope.

Sovan faced tough times with Covid, sitting a lot and eating out too much. This led to him gaining over 20 kg in just 18 months. His health checkup showed bad numbers: high cholesterol, triglycerides and uric acid. It was a shock, especially with his parents visiting soon. He didn't want them to see him like this. So, he decided it was time to change.

With help from a friend who's a wellness coach, Sovan started his journey to a healthier life. In just five months, he achieved some amazing things:

He lost an impressive 19 kg weight and his waist size went down by 8 inches, from 43 to 35 inches. Sovan felt stronger and more energetic, with no more unhealthy cravings.
