This is where you take the time to release , accept all as is, heal, elevate, and hone self. As I continue to do this detox from the electrical energy around me I have gained weight 😮‍💨🫶🏾 I weight 140 Ibs most I have weight outside of being pregnant 2020.The most I have weighted before pregnancy is 128 Ibs . Around the same time last year 2021 I also weighted 110Ibs from being at my lowest in life. THIS IS TRULY A BLESSING where I am right now. With this weight and How I am I have grown so much to a happy, loving, peaceful, healthy confident woman who is powerful in all ways and knows her worth and more. I was going though a huge transformation at the time of 110Ibs not myself at all and shows how spiritual energy vampires are serious .IM THANKFUL FOR ALL VERSIONS OF ME THAT LED ME TO THE ONE I am seeing now. The past, the ancestors , most high , spirit has guided me to the woman I am for the best. Trial and tribulations don’t break you they shape you. I call all my power and energy where it no longer serves me . Delete the access to me to those who are not deserving Ase. Thats why Im at peace and happy weight without the need of external energy to influence self this ALL ME . I honor and thanks she is the best 🦋 on this journey she didn’t know what I was going through however when she realized she guided me in so much ways 🫶🏾 we love you my daughter and I.

Y’all are y’all ready to get back to experiencing my fitness journey as well as me training others again! I have been working on mentally , emotionally, and physical getting myself together . Since given birth to my daughter a (years go) I have been working out 3 weeks straight 6 days a week . I’ve been running or walking to gym as well. You can’t go wrong with consistency. Shall I continue Self love is essential 🥂.

Nature really is our teacher , guidance and more. To see the future you also have to be the future and to be the future you have to be doing what is needed to inbody the future . That is WORK. To manifest you have to be doing WORK SO IT CAN BE FULFILLED AS NEEDED. You cannot just say oooo the plant by the picture going to be beautiful. Plant it and expect it to really go without you attending to it and being consistent, loving and etc..BE REALISTIC WITH YOUR GOALS AND MANIFESTATIONS if it’s not up your ally right now it’s not don’t force something that’s not ready as well take one project at a time 🤎 Adjust accordingly.
