Our women’s classes are focused on strength training to help you feel stronger, move well, feel energized and so much more! We would love to see you this upcoming session.

All classes listed, unless noted, are full body workouts using dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and bodyweight movements.

Barbell on Saturday 7am is similar to our full body but we are using barbells for our main lifts (such as squats, deadlift, bench, press). If this is new to you, no worries! All classes can be adjusted to each individual’s needs.

Our Babies & Mamas (BAM) class is for pregnancy and postpartum moms. (Up to 12 months pp) This class focuses on educating moms on adjustments through this chapter, working on breathing strategies that are beneficial during this time, core/pelvic floor health and so much more. (Psst- our coach, Reegan, is a Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach!)
