Happy Hump Day! This week has flown by already! After a long election season, we all need a good, comforting, delicious meal this week! I have been making "Marry Me Chicken" at least once a week for the last month for special request caterings, so I thought I would make it as our weekly meal this week! IT WILL BE READY FOR DELIVERY THURSDAY 11/7 AND FRIDAY 11/8.
But you have just one more decision to make.....Do you want it "Original" with Rigatoni pasta OR "Extra Special" with Five Cheese Tortellini(extra$) instead of the Rigatoni? Regardless of your decision, it is guaranteed to be delicious regardless of how you decide! It will be fully cooked and ready to be re-heated when you are ready to enjoy a quick meal.

Good morning and Happy Tuesday! Thank you all so much for your sweet concerns and prayers for Wyatt last week. After a four day hospital stay, he is back home still recovering and healing but is feeling much better and is on the mend. We appreciate each of you and your understanding.

So it's back to work for me. I'm looking forward to cooking for you this week! I'm making Cajun Chicken and Sausage Alfredo this week for the weekly meal. It will be fully cooked and can be re-heated to enjoy on these busy fall evenings. Let me know if you would like a full or half pan.

I'm firing up the smoker today too to make some smoked pulled pork. I will have a limited amount available by the pound. It is great to put in the freezer and to use for sandwiches, baked potatoes, pulled pork nachos, tacos, etc. I absolutely love it for so many things! $12/pound-Smoked Pulled Pork

We are asking for your prayers for our sweet Wyatt Lawson and your patience and understanding while we take a break this week and stay with him while he has been and is in the hospital. Happy Monday! Did you know......Green is my favorite color? From lush, green landscapes to beautiful, vibrant greens of produce and peppers such as jalapeños, serranos, poblanos(MY FAVORITE) to pepperoncini and beyond, I absolute love all shades of green. That being said, I've been in the kitchen recipe testing this week and I'm making you all one of my favorite GREEN(ish) meals this week. If you have never had a comforting bowl of Green Chili Pork or Pork Chili Verde(as I often call it), you should definitely give it a try this week! It is delightful and delicious on its own, or on nachos, made into tacos, stuffed inside baked potatoes, etc. but I'm going to offer it two ways:
By itself or made into enchiladas topped with a cheesy, sour cream sauce. For this week, if you order the enchiladas, please let me know the following:
1) If you would like a 1/2 or Full Pan
2) Oven Ready or Fully Cooked
3) Would you like it made with Low Carb tortillas or regular flour tortillas
4) Delivery preference day(Thurs. 10/3 or Fri. 10/4).

Chicken Salad will be available this week by request as well. :)

Good afternoon! So grateful that is a new week and I'm getting back in the kitchen after Hurricane Francine's visit last week! By request(from my family)....I do feed them occasionally too....lol ;) I'm making CHICKEN SPAGHETTI this week. Good morning and Happy Wednesday! Being a 'one woman show' (except for the occasional hired help when needed,) is hard when I'm juggling my family, my business, my health obstacles and just "all the things" that life throws at you. I take cooking and feeding you and your families seriously and it bothers me when I can't do that occasionally. This week is one of those. Due to some unexpected Dr's appointments, a last minute 12 hr trip to Texas and back and a huge corporate catering coming up, I, unfortunately will not be able to do a weekly meal this week. I never take for granted your support and I appreciate your understanding. I look forward to next week when hopefully I will be back in my weekly routine!

I love to be adventurous and creating new recipes, but it's also good to make what I know are my fan favorites as well. One of our dear family member/friends is going through a majorly difficult time currently and had a second surgery yesterday to repair his spinal cord. Even though he can't quite have these Taco Stuffed Shells yet(maybe tomorrow or Friday for him), these are his FAVORITE and he was adamant that I make them for his family to try. Good Evening! I think I have slightly recovered from the overwhelming positive support and response for my meals last week! I cannot express my gratitude for your support enough! Although exhausted from working 12-15 hours a day last week, I was BLESSED beyond measure by each of you. Thank you!!!

This week, I am offering (by request) my Cajun Chicken and Sausage Alfredo. As always, it is available in 1/2 pan(4+ servings) $20, and full pans (8+ servings) $40. It will be fully cooked and can be reheated as needed when you are ready to enjoy this family favorite!
