2023 Housing Market Predictions, Appraisal Modernization, and More Appraisal News - McKissock Learning With the end of the year approaching, 2023 housing market predictions abound. A big question is whether or not home prices will finally fall.

Appraisers! What's the first thing you do when inspecting a home? My go-to is, to begin with, both exterior measurements and photos. I always start measuring the front of the home from left to right (if I can). I'm not sure why but feels the most efficient to me. 😆
