So what do you do when your oven is on the fritz and you really want a cake? You bake it in the PC air fryer! It didn't turn out the prettiest, but that was more user error than what it was cooked in (I didn't take the time to smooth the top out like I should). That being said, the taste is awesome! Light, fluffy, and delicious. Plus my house didn't heat up and I used less electric/gas then I would have cooking it the traditional way. PC for the WIN!

Shout out to my hubby for this idea! A new take on pancake dippers. I used the donut pan to make pancakes this morning, standard box mix, and they turned out amazing! Bake at 350 degrees for about 7-10 minutes. Use a toothpick to test, if it comes out clean they are done!
