In order to start reaching deeper levels of health and balance within yourself, itโs of utmost importance to build a strong foundation of physical health.
This doesnโt mean striving for a 6-pack, big muscles, or the perfect swimsuit body...
It means being able to listen to and UNDERSTAND what your body is saying on a moment to moment basis, and then provide it with what it needs.
The body is speaking to you every moment, but it doesnโt speak in words...it speaks in SENSATIONS or FEELINGS...when those sensations are about food we call them CRAVINGS.
Being able to understand what your body is saying in terms of cravings is the KEY to achieving deeper levels of heath.

Doing Whatโs Needed
After 5 years as a public school teacher, 2 years as an Elementary School Assistant Principal, and 3 years as a fishing guide I decided to change the the course of my life and start doing whatโs needed. Iโve had experiences with so many people over the course of my life and there is one thing that Iโve noticed...everyone is searching for something more. Iโve gathered all of my knowledge and life experiences together in order to begin helping people become healthier and happier than theyโve ever been.
