PROATS!!! aka protein oats
The most delicious and filling oats you will ever have! I eat this for breakfast everyday!
Ingredients youāll need: oats (I like to use organic), premier protein shake, blueberries, non-fat greek yogurt, nut butter of choice, and some honey.
Instructions: add 1/2 cup of oats to a bowl with 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup of your premier protein. Stick in the microwave for about 2 minutes stopping have way to stir. Then add your toppings, I did about 1/4 cup of blueberries, 2 big tbsp of greek yogurt, a little bit of peanut butter and honey!
You can also add things like chia seeds, nuts, or other fruits to customize to your liking! EAT UP!
