If your motivation is over or you are running out of motivation, let me tell you. No one has achieved it things with only motivation. We need to create habits. Let me give you a real challenge. Let’s start with removing sugar out of our meals for a week.

What day is today?

We all are going to make it. Hang in there and be happy!

It is hard to remove our egos and not bring it in any relationship we have, but if we do we can clearly see who we really are and treat everyone else as equals because thats what we all are, equals. Every title we got, every thing we posses, every idea we got is just a reflection of experiences and how we interpret them. All that is external. They don’t have anything to do with who we truly are. We sure live in a matrix trying to get approval from people and from ourselves, living in our minds, and in an unconscious way. All the suffering will be gone once we are awake. Tuve que arreglarme un poco para asistir a una fiesta muy especial de un buen amigo. Javier Pérez Naranjo. Por supuesto, tenía a mi esposa a mi lado y esos brothers ayudándome a lucir bien por asociación. 😂
