I’m still amazed how many long hours I put into the project! And 100% every detail a creation of my brain! Can’t wait to sit down today on my day off and work on my current project, another creative twist I put on an average request for a custom hydro.
I also know most people don’t read captions so thanks to those that have tuned in to my ramble on this Monday morning! Haha

Starting new projects with new goals and new paints!!😎🔥
I tried these Angelus paints for the first time on my last project, the Kobe AF1’s. They are very high quality and give me great control as well! For anyone curious you can also purchase the 2-Hard or 2-Soft additive (as seen in the right side of my picture) to any color they have to accommodate anything from flexible fabric material to hard surfaces like HydroFlasks. This will be my first time doing a custom HydroFlask with these paints and the 2-Hard additive so I’ll let you know how it goes! I’ll also use the Acrylic Finisher to seal it up once I’m done. (As seen in the left side of my picture) I also use a deglazer (also left side of picture) before I start painting that strips the factory finish of any surface you’re painting to allow the paint to adhere better. All these steps help your art last longer and prevent excessive cracking, chipping and damage! Hope this helps some of you fellow artists out there or those just looking to do a creative project! For all the Star Wars fans I changed the logo on the real hat. Designed that myself, I thought it fit better. 😂😎 Otherwise it’s an actual still life set up I drew in class back in high school!

When the year first started I proclaimed, “2020, the year I see most clearly!” 😉🤓🤣 At first when this hit I said noooo way Jose, forget it, our lives are trashed! But in reality I think most can agree that regardless of this world-wide monkey wrench being thrown into our plans it really has become the year we can see most clearly through a different lens, find deeper purpose, and do things we never thought possible even with all the new obstacles ahead of us. 💪🏼🙏🏼
